Spring 2009 Season:
Chargers are in their rebuilding stage with our current roster reflecting
Chargers of Fall 2009. From a coaching standpoint there are challenges
ahead of us from several aspects. However, we are a Class III team which
by definition 'a development team'. Our aim is to develop players for a
higher level namely Class I. From players standpoint, Chargers could give
them an edge at their school soccer tryouts, especially, in High School
where competition is normally as high as competitive club team itself.
Youth Soccer Development:
The development of players at youth level consisting of two keys elements;
1. Individual Development (techniques and tactics)
2. Team Development (how players function as a team member)
1. Individual Techniques
