After a rough ride of Futsal during their off-season, Chargers heading into
Spring 2009 with a positive feeling knowing that their new addition coming
from our annual tryouts in late February and early March could help
strengthen the team.
However, before the new comer could officially join the force, Chargers
travel down to San Jose to get the test of Class III outdoor soccer when
they participated in JOSA 6v6 Tournament.
As the younger half of Chargers already have quite a positive experience
when they captured the trophy of BU12 at Jose Coronado Futsal League,
participation of JOSA Tournament were set for older Chargers who were
eliminated by the eventual BU13 futsal champ in the semi-final match were
chosen to participate in this 6v6 tournament.
After playing 4 games at JOSA, several Chargers hung around in San Jose
grabbing a quick dinner before heading to Buckshaw Stadium to attend the
Earth Quakes' game.
